Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Condition: Socks must be unworn and unwashed, in original packaging. If you've worn them and they're not right, see our Fit & Comfort Guarantee below.
Fit & Comfort Guarantee
If you've tried them on and found they're not the right fit or comfort level:
- You may request a one-time replacement or store credit within 30 days.
- We'll ask for brief feedback (to help us improve) — no need to return worn socks.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or a shipping error occurred.
Defects or Quality Issues
- If your socks arrive damaged or develop issues (e.g. seams, wear) within 60 days, we’ll replace them free of charge.
